At RB Industries, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We aim to provide our customers with premium-quality Hing products that meet their expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or request a refund as per our policy guidelines. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed.
Part 1 – Return Window and Actions Possible
Return Eligibility
You can request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The product received is physically damaged or defective.

The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order placed.

The product has a manufacturing defect affecting its quality.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

All special promotional items.
-
Products that have been opened or used.
-
Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

Hing Thunders (Mini Thunder, 2kg, 4kg, 6kg, Kungfu, Double, Triple, Super Jet) and Snow Spray Products.
Part 2 – Returns Pickup and Processing
Return Pickup Process
In case you wish to return a product, we offer a return pickup service from the original delivery address. If you would like the item to be picked up from a different address, the new address must be eligible for return pickup.
During the return pickup, our field executive will check the following conditions:
Category | Conditions |

Correct Product | The name, image, brand, serial number must match. The MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible. |
Complete Product | All in-the-box accessories (starter kits, manuals, etc.) must be present. Freebies & combos must also be included. |
Unused Product | The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and with non-tampered quality seals. |
Undamaged Product | The product should be without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | The original packaging/box should be undamaged. |
If any of the above conditions are not met, the field executive may refuse to accept the return.
Once the returned product has been received by RB Industries, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

If a replacement product is unavailable for any reason, a refund will be processed.

In cases where an accessory is missing or damaged, we may replace the specific accessory or provide a credit voucher equivalent to the price of the missing item.

For open box deliveries, if you receive a different or damaged product, you must immediately report it before accepting the package. Once you accept an open box delivery, no return requests will be processed except for manufacturing defects.

Return pickup is available for eligible addresses and items. If pickup is unavailable, customers can self-ship the product. Once the product is received by RB Industries, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

What items can I return?
You can return most items purchased from RB Industries. However, items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

How do I return an item?

Select the item you want to return or replace.

Choose a reason for the return from the dropdown menu and proceed.

For seller-fulfilled orders, contact our support team to initiate the return.
What are the return guidelines?

Your address and the item must be eligible for return.

If a pickup is unavailable, a self-return option will be provided.

Once the return is received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
How are refunds processed for Pay on Delivery orders?
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) or UPI (Unified Payments Interface) to your bank account.
